At Dream Dragon, We aim to make sure you are entirely happy with your purchase. We are quite proud of the quality of our products, and we back it up with excellent customer service. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please follow the steps outlined below to return it.

Pre-Delivery Notification
We will always inform you ahead of delivery with a date and time slot so you know exactly when to anticipate your things.
Handling Time, Transit Time, and Order Cut-Off Time
• Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM GMT (GMT - London).
• Handling Time: About 2 weeks although if the required sizes are available it can be shipping in a day (Monday to Friday).
• Transit Time: 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Important Note: Delivery times are estimates that may vary depending on location and shipment type. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods or on public holidays.

Standard Uk delivery rates is GBP 4.99 and ROW GBP 19.99

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details with DPD and or an ETA track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
Damages
We respectfully request that you inspect each item thoroughly when it is delivered. We recommend that you decline delivery of damaged products. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send an email to james@dreamdragon.co.uk with clear photographs of the damaged items so that we can initiate an insurance claim for you.
Missing Parts
Please contact us at +447747850013 if it appears that any parts are missing from your item so that we can assist you further with the problem-solving. Please provide the item name, code, and the part you believe is missing when contacting us.
Incorrect items
If you could send us a photo of the incorrect item you received, we'll make preparations to return it and send you the correct one instead. We cannot refund you for shipping costs if you choose to return an item on your own.
Change of Address
We are unable to change the delivery address once it is in route. If you need to change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order, please email james@dreamdragon.co.uk.
